MINIMUM ORDER: Minimum opening order is $300. Minimum reorder is $200. Orders for less than the minimum amounts will include an additional $15 processing fee. Prices are subject to change without notice. For volume pricing please contact our sales office.

CUSTOM DESIGNS: We can customize our items to suit your special project. To receive a price quote please send us detailed project specifications. All custom orders must be prepaid.

PAYMENT: Cash, Check, Visa/MasterCard/AMEX accepted. No COD orders. Prepayment is required for first three orders. Net 30 will be granted on the fourth order only with approved credit. One bank reference and three trade references are required to setup a net 30 account. Net 30 terms will not be given for any order less than $300. NOTE: Accounts over 30 days past due will be charged 18% APR interest charge. NSF check fee is $30.

SHIPPING: Orders are processed and shipped once they are received unless otherwise specified. Express shipping is available. Please call our office for price quotes. All orders will be shipped UPS ground, FOB Tacoma, WA unless otherwise requested. A shipping, handling and packaging charge will be added to all invoices. Customers shipping outside the 48 contiguous US states please call for shipping quotes. All refused shipments will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Any shipping damages or discrepancies must be reported to Nûvo Designs within 5 business days. Please save all original packaging materials.

CANCELLATIONS: Order cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to shipment.

RETURNS: No returns of merchandise will be accepted and no credits will be issued without our consent. Nuvo Designs reserves the right to accept or refuse returned items. Return goods must be shipped prepaid. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned freight collect. All first quality items that are returned to Nuvo Designs will be charged a 15% restocking fee and no original shipping charges will be refunded.

BACKORDERS: All backorders will be shipped as soon as possible and will be kept on file unless cancelled in writing.
